Patrick and Greg formed a friendship and real estate partnership in 1997. Together they have sold over one hundred million dollars of real estate. Their unique skill sets allow each to focus on independent aspects of the purchase of your home or the marketing efforts of your property.

Real Estate Development:

Real estate development has enveloped the area in the past dozen years. Montague and Carson have been involved in developing several properties in the Delaware resort areas: Fenwick Island Development, Bethany Trace, Windmill Woods and Dagsboro Trace. They are currently principles in several other development parcels in Georgetown, Delaware and Laurel, Delaware. As opportunities present themselves, Patrick and Greg often form joint venture partnerships to purchase the development properties and complete the development.

About Patrick:

Patrick Montague is a native of Sussex County, Delaware. He became a licensed agent in 1994. In 2002, he completed approximately 90 hours of additional specialized education and obtained his real estate broker's license. He specializes in properties in Sussex County including single family homes, vacant building lots, town houses, condominiums, commercial and vacant farm/development parcels.

He was married in September 2006 and resides with his wife, Susie, on Derrickson's Creek, near Fenwick Island. Patrick spends his leisure time on the water, boating, fishing and exploring the waterways in the surrounding areas. The time he spends on the water grants him a unique perspective of the waterfront properties that are available for sale.

About Greg:

Many of the paths in our life are different from the path started on. Greg's path to real estate sales is no exception.

Greg Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in 1995. He accepted an associate position with a local dentist and moved to Delaware in 1995. With a strong desire to take an active role in searching for 'strategic' real estate properties for his personal portfolio, Greg became a licensed agent in 1996. He and Patrick formed a working relationship that continues to this day.

Greg recently completed construction of a new home on the Assawoman Bay near Fenwick Island.

Greg travels extensively throughout the winter months. He vacations at his home in West Palm Beach, Florida and other remote locations throughout the Caribbean Islands.

He also collects fine automobiles and collectible, specialized cars. He has invested in his hobby by becoming an equity partner in the premier producer of automobile shows on the east coast.
